After attending Stevens Creek Elementary, I began computerizing my father's medical practice in Cupertino's Town Center while attending Kennedy Junior High (now Middle) School. This continued until I graduated a valedictorian of Monta Vista High School. Because I was educated by our amazing local schools, I truly understand and appreciate their quality!

I earned a B.S. in Applied Physics (minor in economics) from Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, California, where I met my wife during freshman year. We lived in San Diego after college, then moved to Naglee Park in downtown San Jose in the mid 90's. For the past 20+ years we've lived in Monte Sereno and Saratoga (in 3 different houses within one square mile) as our 3 children make (and made) their ways through Saratoga Elementary, Redwood Middle, and Saratoga High schools.

My wife and I love restoring and improving property to its fullest potential. It all started with our first property in the University Heights district of San Diego and has continued to this day. Just ask me about "Florida Street" to hear some rather amusing stories! We worked very hard and learned a lot as we personally transformed its 70+ year old home and 4 rental cottages from deplorable condition to a stunning pride of ownership asset. Thus began my passion for real estate!
